How To Enable Picture-In-Picture Mode In Android 8 Oreo: YouTube, Whatsapp

Turn on Picture-in-picture mode on Android 10 and 9 Pie
Step 1: Go to Settings.
Step 2: Tap on Apps & notifications.
Step 3: Tap on Advanced.
Step 4: Scroll down the end of the page and tap on Special app access.
Step 5: Tap on Picture-in-picture.

Step 6: Select App from the list.
