Press & hold the power button and tap the Restart option to reboot your Samsung Galaxy Note. Sometimes this Galaxy Note soft reset will fix minor bugs and improve your phone performance.

Solution 2. Check Network Signal Strength

If you can’t see the signal icon, have no bars on your device status bar, or slow internet connection, you can’t send or receive SMS, MMS, and call. Find a nearby place that has a strong network signal. After getting a network signal, try to send messages to someone and check to fix problems.

Try to enable Airplane mode (Flight mode) for 10-15 seconds and then again disable it on your device. Now check your device network signal.

Solution 3. Enable or Disable Mobile Data (Turn Off WiFi)

Make sure to disable mobile data on your device.
