Check Incoming Call Ringtone not set as “None”

 Settings > Device > Sounds > Ring volume > Phone ringtone

Set Ring Volume High on Samsung S8

Set incoming call ringtone volume using the below settings. Make sure your device volume is full.

Settings > Device > Sounds > Ring volume

Also, check volume using the press volume down button on your Galaxy device. Press the volume down button and tap “End now” and your device will ring for incoming calls if this is the reason for the phone not ringing.

Turn Off VOLTE on Samsung One UI

Settings> Connections> Mobile networks > Turn off VOLTE calls toggle

If you can’t find VOLTE calls, you need to change the network mode on your phone and change it. Also, use the Nova launcher to turn off VOLTE on Samsung Galaxy.

Turn Off Silent Mode

Swipe down the notification panel at the top > Tap the Sound settings icon until silent mode off

Turn Off Disable Do Not Disturb

Make sure to turn off the do not disturb mode on your Samsung device.

Step 1: Swipe down the notification panel at the top.

Step 2: Tap on Do not disturb to enable or disable it.

Alterntive Way: Settings > Device > Sound > Do not disturb > Priority only allows > Calls.

Check Call Notifications not set as Silent 

If a phone call notification is set as silent, your Galaxy device is not ringing. All phone calls sound vibrates in your Samsung Galaxy devices.

Settings > Device > Apps > Phone > Notifications > disable show silently.

Activate Safe Mode to fix Samsung Galaxy S8 Not Ringing

Step 1: Press & hold the power button on your Samsung Galaxy.

Step 2: Touch & hold the Power off button.

You can see this message: Reboot to safe mode.

Step 3: Tap OK.

You can see the Safe mode icon at the bottom of the screen. Now, check your phone is ringing in safe mode when you get a call. Suppose working perfectly, then any downloaded app causes the problem. Find that app and remove it from your device and reinstall other apps. Reboot your phone to disable safe mode.
