How to Turn Camera Flash on Galaxy Note 9
You can turn flash notification on or off on Samsung Note 9 using below given process.
Step 1: Swipe down the notification shade and tap the Settings gear icon.
Step 2: Scroll down and tap Accessibility.
Step 3: Tap Hearing under a categories section.
Here you can see Sound detectors (Baby crying, doorbell), Flash notification, Mute all sounds, Hearing aids, Samsung subtitles, Mono audio, and more settings.
Step 4: Tap Flash notification.
Step 5: By default turned off the camera light and screen.
