You can see individually app data usage and Wi-Fi data usage using network and internet settings. To reduce data usage, you need to set a data limit and data warning in your Pixel 2 and other devices. Your phone will turn off mobile data once it reaches the limit you set in your Pixel devices. Also, disable app background data that unnecessary if using cellular data in your devices.
