Android Oreo introduced a new smart storage feature for free up storage in your devices. Here’s how to free up space on Android Oreo 8.1/8.0 devices. Google Pixel and other devices not supported by MicroSD, they need more space to save images, videos, and more. This Android smart storage feature is useful to back up photos and videos over 90 days old in your device and free up storage when need. So when storage is full, remove backed up photos and videos. You can still find remove photos & videos in Google photos. Also, individual backed up photos & videos after free up storage in Android Oreo devices.
