How to Enable and Use Multi Window Galaxy Note 9
You can surf the internet and chat with your friends using this galaxy Note 9 multi-window features.
Step 1: Tap Recent app buttons in your galaxy Note 9.
Step 2: Tap Multi window icon that appears on the app left side.
If you can’t see the split-screen view icon on some of the apps, that app does not support split-screen mode.
Step 3: Now the first app on multi-window mode view to the top window (half of the screen).
Step 4: Select the app you want to use multi-window from the recent apps list.
Step 5: Now open the second app in the bottom window in your galaxy Note 9.

Also, toggle on contact selection if select specific contacts for your second apps. To keep using the same contacts between the main and second apps, toggle off contact selection. Now, enable dual messenger on Samsung note 9.
