Step 1: Open Phone app in your Note 8
Step 2: Tap three vertical dots at top right side corner
Step 3: Tap settings
Step 4: Again tap settings
Step 5: Click on your phone number
Here you will see three options including Network default, hide number and show number. By default set network default in your Samsung galaxy Note 8 device.
Step 6: Tap hide number
Now block number from outgoing calls on your Note 8. Whenever you making a call to somebody, hide your number and name from receiver phone screen.
