Step 1: Open Settings on your android lollipop 5.1.1.

Step 8: When you tap on USB debugging then you can see the above screen on your device.
Step 9: Tap on OK to enable USB debugging on android 5.1.2.

How to Disable USB Debugging on Android 5.1.2 Lollipop
Settings > Developer option under system section > Toggle off “USB debugging” under the debugging section
