You can find app twin feature under apps & notification settings. By default disable app twin in your Huawei P20 and Honor devices.
This Huawei P20 app twin feature log in to two different accounts for the same app at the same time. When enabled twin apps will be displayed on the home screen. First of all enable app twins in your device you want to use two accounts at same time.
Step 1: Swipe down notification panel and tap Settings icon
Step 2: Tap Apps & notifications
Here you can see App, Notification management, apps Permission, Default apps, App twin and Notification & status bar settings in Huawei P20 Pro and P20 Lite.
Step 3: Tap app twin
List of supported apps are view in your device.
Step 4: Turn on toggle button of apps you want to use twin apps
Step 5: After enabled, you can see this message on screen: Twin app icon added to home screen
Now enjoy same apps with two different accounts in your Huawei P20 Pro and P20 devices. In other important apps & notification settings, you can customize status bar in Huawei P20 Pro using this settings.

Step 1: Swipe down notification shade and tap Settings icon
Step 2: Tap Apps & notifications
Step 3: Tap Default apps
Here you can see by default set home screen, phone app, browser app, music app, calendar app, SMS app and more.
Step 4: Tap app you want to change default app
Step 5: Choose from list you want to set app default
