Turn on Samsung Galaxy S10 Flash Notifications Light
Step 1: Swipe down the notification panel from the top of the screen and tap on settings in your Samsung S10, S10 plus.
Step 2: Scroll down and tap on Accessibility.
Step 3: Tap on Advanced settings.
Step 4: Tap on Flash notifications under the notifications section.
