How to Enable WiFi Calling On Samsung Galaxy Note 8, Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus
First of all, make sure to turn on Wi-Fi in your Galaxy Note 8 device. To turn on Wi-Fi on Note 8 Go to settings > connections > Wi-Fi
1st Method:
Step 1: Swipe down from the notification bar & select the Settings gear icon.
Step 2: Tap Connection under settings.
Here you can view several settings like Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi calling, Bluetooth, mobile hotspot & tethering, Airplane mode, Data usage, locations, etc..
Step 3: Tap Wi-Fi calling.
Enter address, city, state, and other details if the first time set up Wi-Fi calling on Galaxy Note 8 devices.
Step 4: Tap OK.
Step 5: Turn on Wi-Fi calling on Galaxy Note 8.
2nd Method:

Which version and carrier you use?
PagePlus, which uses Verizon service. When I go to settings > connections (more connections > there is no WiFi calling to click on.
Check this: Open Phone app > Three vertical dots (Menu) at the top right corner > Settings > WiFi Calling
Thanks. Your 2 methods didn’t work for me but your final tip helped – searched for call settings within settings, that brought up an app, then clicked on the settings icon in the app, and found a Wi-Fi Calling option.
