Here’s how to set up a fingerprint on Galaxy Note 9 device. You can add a fingerprint on Samsung Note 9. There is several lock screen security available in our devices such as pattern lock, PIN number, password, Fingerprint sensor, Iris scanner, Intelligent scan, and other smart lock options. You can easily enable and use fingerprint on galaxy Note 9 using lock screen and security settings.

Step 1: Swipe down the notification panel and tap the Settings gear icon.

Step 2: Tap Biometrics and security.

Here you can see an Intelligence scan, Face recognition, Iris scanner, and Fingerprint scanner.

Step 3: Tap the Fingerprint sensor.

Step 4: Follow the on-screen instruction to set up & use a fingerprint sensor.

Step 5: Create a Pattern, PIN number, or Password.

This will use if not unlock your device using fingerprint. When this type of situation occurs, unlock your Samsung Note 9 using security you set up such as Pattern lock or PIN number or Password.

Step 6: Now put a finger on the fingerprint sensor below the camera sensors until 100% completed message view in your device.

Now, you can use the fingerprint sensor on your Galaxy Note 9.

Step 7: Tap Add to add more fingerprints on your Samsung Note 9 Phablet.

You’ll see the fingerprint verification section also that includes Samsung Pay, Samsung Pass, and Fingerprint unlock options.

Settings > Lock screen & security > Fingerprint scanner > Tap + icon > Add fingerprint

Disable Fingerprint Sensor on Galaxy Note 9

Settings > Lock screen & security > Fingerprint sensor > Turn off toggle button fingerprint

Remove Fingerprint on Galaxy Note 9

Settings > Lock screen & security > Fingerprint sensor > Edit > Select added fingerprint you want to remove > Trash icon
