In the latest Instagram update you can now add your friends to your Instagram live stories. Instagram introduce new Go live on Instagram with a friend feature to add a friend to your Instagram live story on android phone. You can invite your friend from the list if your friends are far away. Also share to Facebook automatically.
This live Instagram story looks like multi-window mode in your android device. You can remove current added friends anytime and add a new friend into your Instagram live story. Also your added friends can exit on their own side. Your Instagram viewers can still like and comment on your stories. When you start a live Video on Instagram with a friend, your followers and your friend’s followers will be able to see and comment on it. To use Instagram Go Live with a friend feature on android phone, follow below given steps.
Step 1: Open Instagram app in your device
Step 2: Tap camera icon on top left side corner or swipe screen left to right side to open camera
Step 3: Tap on Live at bottom middle of screen
Step 4: Tap Start Live Video
Now check connection for live video in your device. After complete, you’ll see “You are now live” message on screen. Also see icon at bottom to add a guest in your Live video on Instagram in android phone or tablet devices.
Step 5: Tap on Double smiley icon at bottom of the screen
You’ll see your friends name list.
Step 6: Tap on name want to add live story and select Add button
Now add a friend to your Instagram live story on android device.
After add you friend, your friend will receive a notification to Go live with friend or Decline.
Now wait until your friend accepted and you’ll see him on your story. To make funny face, just face him from the broadcast to tap on X icon at top right side corner. Below you can see comment box for comment on live video.
Step 7: After completed video, you can share your video or Discard it.
If you share live story on Instagram, it will appear next 24 hours.
